2003年毕业于北京邮电大学，获光通信技术博士学位，现任职中国移动通信集团研究院业务技术研究所高级工程师。主要从事移动互联网、动态内容分发、WEB2.0等方面的业务开发和研究工作。

He is principally engaged in the service development and research on Mobile Internet, Dynamic Content Delivery and Web 2.0.
