邓辉于2002年获清华大学计算机科学&技术系博士学位，从2002年到2007年，他曾经担任过日立(中国)研究开发有限公司主管研究员和高级研究员，并于2007年加入中国移动研究院从事移动互联网相关的研究工作。他作为组委会联合主席主办过IETF 2005/2006 China Workshop, 和2007年CNGI-ETF Forum。 邓辉已经发表过40余篇学术论文, 申请多个美国专利，有多个IETF工作组Draft。

He obtained his Doctor degree from Dept. Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University in 2002. From 2002 to 2007, he has been the Chief Researcher and Senior Researcher in Hitachi (China) Research and Development Cooperation. He joins the China Mobile since 2007 and is working on the research about mobile Internet. He has been the organizing committee co-chair of IETF China Workshop 2005/2006 and 2007 CNGI-ETF Forum. He published more than 40 papers, applied several US Patents, and has several IETF working group drafts.
