Prof. & Dr. XU Hua received his bachelor degree of computer science from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1998. He received his mater degree and P.H.D of CS from Tsinghua University in 2000 and in 2003 respectively. Now he is an associate professor working in state key laboratory of intelligent technology and systems in Tsinghua University. His research field includes Intelligent Information Procesing, Petri nets, information retrieval, robotics, intelligent control and control software modeling.

　　Now as the project principal, Dr. XU is leading a research group to study and develop the information retrieval technology based internet audio/video acts monitoring systems for BJRT and SARFT respectively. From 2003, as the project leader, Dr. XU has been in charge of completing three National 863 projects and two NSFC projects, which are related to intelligent control and robotics. Now, Dr. XU owns 3 invention patents and has published more than 30 academic papers and one academic book (with others).
