I. Product profile

When you are oversea and need dial numbers within China, you can use the **139 service provided by CMCC, enjoying favorable roaming rate. The service range: all other directions expect Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (including automatic roaming including Japan and Korea). Renting phone to forward calls in Japan and Korea hasn’t been opened yet (even use cell phones with Japanese and Korean numbers, roaming of original number can be achieved through call forwarding)

II. Use method and specification

After you confirm that you have opened roaming function:

1. Dial Chinese cell phone number: please "**139*86 cell phone number#". Dial Chinese fixed phone number, please dial "**139*86 zip code +subscriber's number#".

2. When the dial is successfully made, your cell phone will display "OK, please wait" (since oversea networks are used, right now, only English is displayed. After 30 mins, the system is connected for you. If the service fails, based on two reasons, the following two messages will be displayed. Please redial after you find out the causes.
1） The number you dialed is in wrong form or not in the service range. If so, then "Sorry, wrong number." is displayed.
2）The roaming network does not support this function. If so, then "Sorry, network not support" is displayed.
3. If the other phone cannot be reached, you will receive a SMS indicating the reason for not getting through.
1) If the other phone is busy or no one answers, then the message displays: "the number you dialed (actual number) is not reachable, please dial later.
2) If the number is wrong, then message displays:"the number you dialed (actual number) is not valid, please dial again after you confirm".

III. Standard rate

Unified standard rate of this service is 5.99RMB/min.

IV. Special notice

1. Before you use this service, it is better to make sure that the other side will answer your phone call.
2. If you successfully send out the request of **139 but give up the dialing, you do not have to reward any payment. If the other side is the cell phone subscriber, then he/she is required to pay for receiving the phone call.
