Usage

Make sure you have applied for the international long-distance service function:

1. Directly dial:”00+country or area code + city code + number” or “00+ country or area code + mobile number.”

2. Add 17951 before the number you wish to dial: “17951+00+country or area code + city code + number” or “17951+00 + country or area code + mobile number.”

 

Standard rates

1. Please refer to your local CMCC company for information on the cost of directly dialed international phone calls. For more information of discount at different hours and to different countries, please also refer to your local CMCC company.

2. Please refer to your local CMCC company for information on the cost of international phone calls using 17951.
