Opening and Canceling the Service

Open: Initially, only members of provincial level can enjoy the service. Users can apply for the service at Service Halls, or by dialing 10086 or sending an SMS. If you send a text message of PT to 12530, then information on membership can be received and you will enjoy a 10% discount information fee at designated businesses. If you send a text message of GJ to 12530, then information on VIP membership can be received; and you will enjoy 30% discount information fee at designated businesses.

Cancel: send a text message with QXPT in the title to 12530 to cancel the general membership; send QXGJ to 12530 to cancel VIP membership. You may also cancel the service at Service Halls or by dialing 10086.

 

Usage

Users can apply to join the Club through channels such as 12530 (WWW/WAP/SMS) and 12530999 (IVR）.
