Usage

1. Operated via your mobile: find “forward” on the mobile menu, and set up according to your demand;

2. Dial 10086 from your mobile or another telephone, and after your identity has been confirmed, calls can be forwarded to your designated number.

 

Standard rates

1. Forwarding function is free

2. Forwarding fee is charged according to talk time, and the following details:
*unconditional forwarding, power-off forwarding and unconnected forwarding;
*basic forwarding fee + long-distance expense from the local area to the forwarding area;
*busy forwarding and no response forwarding;
*basic forwarding fee + long-distance expense from the registered area to the roaming area+ long-distance expense from the roaming area to the forwarding area;
Please refer to your local CMCC company for basic forwarding fees.
