Domestic long-distance phone calls: these are calls you make to other cities in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

Usage

If you are a CMCC subscriber and have applied for domestic long-distance service, you can:

1. Directly dial the receiver’s number (if that number is a fixed phone or PAS, the long-distance code should be added in front);

2. Add 17951 before the number you dial;

3. Customers without the long-distance phone service can buy a 17951 IP phone card to make long-distance calls.

4. Making phone calls to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao:
Directly dial: “00+area code + city code + number” or “00+ area code + mobile number.” Alternatively, you could add 17951 before the number you dial: “17951+00+area code + city code + number” or “17951+00+ area code + mobile number.”
